Dorian Gray is a British adaptation of Oscar Wilde's novel The Picture of Dorian Gray. Directed by Oliver Parker and written by Toby Finlay, this haunting tale follows the story of a rich, fresh-faced boy who naively sells his soul to the devil in order to stay young and handsome forever. However, it turns out to be a curse rather than a gift, when a portrait painted before his exchange gradually grows old revealing his inner ugliness for all to see.

This is a bleak picture of power, vanity and self-destruction set in Victorian London.
