In the dizzying world of New York fashion where size zero is the new 2 six is the new 8 and a bad hair day can end a career Runaway magazine is the Holy Grail. Overseen with a finely manicured fist by Miranda Priestly (Meryl Streep) - the most powerful woman in fashion - Runway is a fearsome gauntlet for anyone who wants to make it in the industry. To make Runway the fashion bible of New York and therefore the world Miranda has let nothing stand in her way - including a long line of assistants that didn't make the cut. It's a job no self-respecting person can survive yet it's an opportunity a million young women in New York would kill for. A stint as Miranda's assistant could blast-open the doors for recent college graduate Andy Sachs (Anne Hathaway). More college drab than haute couture she stands alone among the small army of 'Clackers' on staff at Runway - superslim fashion divas clacking their stilettos down the halls of the magazine's Manhattan headquarters. But when Andy comes in for the job it dawns on her that making it in this industry will take more than drive and determination. And her ultimate test stands before her in head-to-toe Prada. Miranda can spin the fashion world like a basketball but has a devil of a time finding and keeping a good assistant. Andy is completely wrong for the job. But she has something the rest of them don't: she refuses to fail. To become the perfect assistant Andy will need to make herself over in Miranda's image. Soon much to her boyfriend's dismay she can talk the talk walk the walk and never again confuse Dolce with Gabbana. But the more of life she sees through Miranda's eyes the more she begins to grasp that Miranda's world is a fabulous but lonely one - and that sometimes great success depends on great sacrifice. But at what cost? A scathing comedy satire of fasionistas and cut-throat corporate excess boasting a grandstanding central turn by Meryl Streep as the ultimate boss from Hell The Devil Wears Prada is based on the novel by Lauren Weisberger who once worked as an assistant to real-life Vogue editor Anna Wintour.

Rita, Sue and Bob Too (DVD + Blu-ray) | Blu Ray | (22/05/2017)
from £13.21 | Saving you £N/A (N/A%) | RRP
British films about sex are fairly rare, and mostly embarrassing: from the painfully anxious (Brief Encounter) to the hopelessly naff (the Carry On films). What a treat then is Rita, Sue and Bob Too, Alan Clarke's filming of a stage play by young Andrea Dunbar. It's an unsentimental, gleefully lewd comedy about shagging. Tagged for its cinema release in 1987 as "Thatcher's Britain with its knickers down", it even provoked a minor moral hullabaloo in the newspapers. Rita (Siobhan Finneran) and Sue (Michelle Holmes) are two giggly Bradford lasses stuck on a ramshackle housing estate. They keep themselves in fags by occasional baby-sitting for nouveau riche couple Bob (George Costigan) and Michelle (Lesley Sharp). Bob fancies himself rotten, but Michelle has ruled that sex is off the menu. So one night, driving Rita and Sue home, Bob detours to the Yorkshire moors and offers the girls a little something extra in his front seat. Rita and Sue decide to grab it while they can. Alan Clarke's cult following is founded on his bleak, brilliant films about violent young men (Scum, The Firm, Made in Britain). But Rita, Sue is a tribute to Clarkey's ribald sense of humour. It even sports a cameo from novelty pop-act Black Lace, performing their non-hit "Gang-Bang". Teenage debutantes Holmes and Finneran are terrific--just watch them dancing lustily around Bob's red leather sofa to Bananarama. In support, Clarke wisely cast skilled northern comedians like Patti Nicholls and Willie Ross, as Sue's foul-mouthed mum and dad. Amid the laughs, Clarke as usual doesn't stint from showing us the harsh, unlovely side of life. He shot the film on location at Bradford's Buttershaw estate, where Andrea Dunbar grew up and where, tragically, she died of a brain haemorrhage only a few years after the film's release. --Richard Kelly

It's been two years. Phil (Bradley Cooper) Stu (Ed Helms) and Doug (Justin Bartha) are happily living uneventful lives at home. Tattoos have been lasered off files purged. The last they heard from disaster-magnet Leslie Chow (Ken Jeong) he'd been tossed into a Thai prison and with him out of the way the guys have very nearly recovered from their nights prowling the seamy side of Las Vegas in a roofie'd haze and being kidnapped shot at and chased by drug-dealing mobsters in Bangkok. The only member of the Wolfpack who's not content is Alan (Zach Galifianakis). Still lacking a sense of purpose the group's black sheep has ditched his meds and given into his natural impulses in a big way-which for Alan means no boundaries no filters and no judgment-until a personal crisis forces him to finally seek the help he needs. And who better than his three best friends to make sure he takes the first step. This time there's no bachelor party. No wedding. What could possibly go wrong? But when the Wolfpack hits the road all bets are off. The Hangover Part III is the epic conclusion to an incomparable odyssey of mayhem and bad decisions in which the guys must finish what they started by going back to where it all began: Las Vegas. One way or another...it all ends here. Special Features: Extended Scenes Gag Reel
