Bride Wars

The gloves are off and flowers will be flying in this catfight wedding-comedy starring Anne Hathaway (Emma) and Kate Hudson (Liv), whose dream weddings clash on the same day! - For all you brides-to-be, this sounds more like a horror - you best take a pillow!
Emma and Liv, two childhood best-friends share their idea of their dream big day; a sunny June wedding at the luxurious Crown Plaza hotel, New York, and are on cloud nine when their boyfriends propose to them. However, disaster strikes and their happiness is soon shattered when a clerical error results in their wedding being double-booked.

Friendships are on the rocks and war breaks-out when neither of them backs down. Side splitting scenes include Liv switching Emma's spray-on tan to "blood orange" and in retaliation, Liv having her hair turned blue.

Will this destroy their friendship? You’ll have to wait and see, but what’s for sure this high-energy, chick-flick’s going to give you some fantastic performances and loads of belly laughs!

This bride-off is superficial and although it's aimed at girls, the catty behaviour of the two supposed 'best friends' makes you feel ashamed to belong to the gender -unfunny stuff!

I watched this film and from start to finish I was just laughing. Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson just blow your mind, the pair work really well together. I just loved it, but not only is the film great but the deleted scenes are amazingly funny too. Sometimes with funny films the ending can just ruin it, but this film had just the right ending. This is a must have film and if I were to rate it I'd say 9/10.
