Prehistoric heroes, Manny, Sid, Diego, and Ellie are back in their third adventure 'Ice Age: The Meltdown'. For Manny and his friends, things are beginning to change. Scrat is still trying to get his hands on his treasured acorn but comes across a saber-toothed squirrel named Scratte - could love be in the air? Manny and Ellie are expecting their first mini-mammoth and want everything to be right in time for the birth. Diego wonders if he's losing some of his saber-sharp-toothed edge and becoming too soft and Sid the sloth gets into danger when he decides he wants a family of his very own and steals some dinosaur eggs. On a mission to save Sid, the group must venture deep beneath the ice where they discover a world of dinosaurs and meet a one-eyed dino-hunting weasel named Buck.
