Directed by Grant Heslov and starring George Clooney, Ewan McGregor and Jeff Bridges, The Men Who Stare At Goats follows a reporter who discovers that the U.S army has a New Earth Battalion.
This battalion explores the possibility of using new age concepts and paranormal powers in their missions and according to member Cassady, the secret unit is changing the way war is conducted as their soldiers can walking through walls, read minds, become invisible and kill a goat just by staring at it.
When the founder of the unit goes missing, Cassady's mission is to find and rescue him., but all clues seem to point to another psychic soldier who has compromised the mission in order to serve his own ends.
The Men Who Stare At Goats was adapted from the book by Jon Ronson and is a dark, comical look at men at war.
