Full time civil servant and part time fantasist Albert Toddey (David Jason) ventures into Londons seedy Soho for the first time in his life - and blunders straight into a criminal caper. Strippers are being kidnapped and sold as white slaves in the Middle East and Alberts new friend Stella (Imogen Hassall) has just disappeared too!
Can Albert rescue the strippers? He knows where they are but theres just one little problem. In his mind, Albert is a super-cool man of action. In real life, however, hes a blundering idiot!
