• Q. Who are you? A. This site, www.find-dvd.co.uk, is owned and operated by Medifusion Limited, a UK company committed to offering a quality price comparison service for free. • Q. How is this site different to other DVD price comparison sites? A. There are two main differences between this site and many other price comparison sites. First is that we cover a much larger range of retailers. Second is that the price information we show comes direct from the retailer's own site to ensure it is up to date.
• Q. How do I search for a title? A. Simply type part of the name in the search box on the left hand side and click the Go button. Then click on the title you're interested in from the search results.
• Q. Can you include other retailers? A. Yes - please email us and let us know who they are. We've found it of help if you also email the retailer asking them about getting a listing on our site.
• Q. I think there is an incorrect price, what should I do? A. Please email us at once and let us know which DVD title it is and which retailer's price seems to be incorrect.
• Q. How do you make your money? A. We are paid a small commission from the retailer on most sales through our sites. Although commission payments vary, we always present products in price order so that you, the customer, gets the best deal.
