The problem I have had with DVD.co.uk is I have not received my order I placed back in May and they refuse to help me. They are trying to put all the blame on me and will not refund my payment. Most of the responses I have received from my emails have been rather cheeky!!! Even the one I received from their managing director was rather rude. I have purchased from DVD.co.uk in the past and not had any problems but their rudeness has lost me as a customer and I certainly would encourage everyone not to deal with them if they can help it. Customer service does not seem to exist in there company.

Purchased from DVD.co.uk many times over the past 5 years or so and never had a single problem with any order. Goods have always turned up, usually within 3-4 days. To be fair I've never had to contact customer services so can't comment on that.

Ordered a DVD from DVD.co.uk 5 weeks ago. The DVD was and still is shown as being in stock and available for despatch in 48 hours. I have e-mailed them to ask where my DVD is and they have not had the courtesy to replay. Terrible company. I will not use them again and would certainly not recommend them to anyone. D Varnham
