An anonymous offshore outfit, hiding behind an e-mail address, that poorly stores their DVDs and further adds to the problem by just shoving them in a loose jiffy bag so they end up looking like they've been beaten with a hammer when they arrive. I returned my purchase within 1hr of it arriving in the post - I have no such troubles with other online DVD retailers, and shall be sticking with those more other companies with proper handling/packing protocols and customer service people you can ring up.

Couldn't agree less with the previous review. My experience was entirely different, and I received the goods in good time at a very good price. They were (admittedly) in a padded jiffy bag, but that was perfectly adequate for a single dvd. As for being anonymous - they tell you on their website that they are part of the SCREEN ONE group (who also operate Simply Home Entertainment - another company I have used to buy very cheap box sets in the past). I admit that I don't like the email only contact thing... but it appears more and more online retailers are doing this now. As I haven't had any problems so far, this hasn't been an issue for me though. Thanks.... David
