Even with immense German assistance in Europe and Africa the cold realities of war and the determination of those he sort to dictate ended any such dream and spelt the end for Il Duce.

  Founded by local youngsters on June 9th 1905 Charlton Athletic celebrated their centenary in 2005 by unveiling a statue to goalkeeping legend Sam Bartram at The Valley.
