Well we've come up with a title: The Italian Job. That might give you a clue to where it's being filmed. Coming up with that title did take quite a lot of our time so the actual content is still being sorted. But because we're going to Italy there could be some Ferraris. There could be some Lamborghinis... and a Zonda... all going very fast. There could also be some pasta in a rich tomato sauce - which could get a bit messy for a certain tame racing driver. I'm sure there might be some other cars to whet your appetite as well. There'll be lots more to tell you nearer Christmas - when we've come up with some more ideas. For now Bon appetito....

| RRP As the eagerly awaited Cowboy Bebop feature film reunites the original director, screenwriter, composer and vocal cast, it's not surprising that the film plays like an expanded TV episode. What should be the routine capture of a two-bit hacker by Faye escalates into a deadly game of cat and mouse, as Spike and the gang struggle to prevent the evil Vincent Volaju from murdering every human on Mars. Director Shinichiro Watanabe handles the action sequences with his usual panache: inside the sinister Cherious Medical research facility, Spike fights a beautiful agent, using a push broom in a series of manoeuvres Jackie Chan might envy; the climactic duel between Spike and Vincent plays against innocent yet eerie images of a Halloween carnival. This will delight fans of the series and provide an excellent introduction for the uninitiated. --Charles Solomon

Look out too for 'Battle Royale' alumni Chiaki Kuriyama as Lucy Lui's weapon-wielding schoolgirl bodyguard and the gravel-voiced Shun Sugata (he of 'Ichi The Killer' fame who also appeared alongside Tom Cruise in 'The Last Samurai'). Homage? Pastiche? Kill Bill is not just for movie anoraks complete with all the super-smooth tunes that you'd expect from a Tarantino soundtrack it's definitely the most outrageously entertaining film yet from cinema's king of cool!
