When her anthropologist husband fails to return from an expedition into the Manilla jungle, Susan Stevenson (Ursula Andress) organises a search party to go looking for him. Susan Stevenson and her brother Arthur go to Manilla for the purpose of organising a search party for Susan's husband a famous anthropologist who has disappeared during a mysterious expedition on one of the larger islands of the archipelago. No one knows for sure the purpose of his expedition not even Dr.Foster Stevenson's close friend and collaborator.
