  An eccentric world-renowned eye surgeon Dr. Chaney has been experimenting with the possibility of transplanting eyes from one human to another. His work is now an obsession: he blames himself for the car accident that left his daughter blind and in a series of gruesome operations attempts to restore her sight. One night his daughter's fianc'' Dan visits and with the help of his assistant they drag him into unconsciousness remove both his eyes and transplant them to his daughter.
