When Anita finds out that Preetam has sold his services as her hired husband she is deeply shattered and disappointed. In spite of this the marraige takes place but Preetam frustrated at not being able to see Anita after the marraige carries her off to his brother's place. Sita Devi rescues Anita and divorce proceedings begin. However Anita now rediscovers her earlier love for Preetam. Will Preetam and Anita be united? What about Anita's fortune will it be sacrificed at the altar of love? Mr. & Mrs. 55 one of Guru Dutt's early successes is a sophisticated romantic comedy full of sparkling dialogue and fine comic performances. Apart from one of O.P. Nayyar's most successful musical scores including some of Geeta Dutt's greatest hits ""Jaane kahan mera jigar"" ""Thandi hawa kaali ghata"" the film has another highlight - Preetam's cartoons were actually drawn by India's top-most cartoonist R.K.   Shivaji Rao (Anil Kapoor) hails from a middle class family. He works as a journalist for a satellite television channel and is in love with Manjari (Rani Mukherjee) a village belle. He volunteers to do a television interview with the Chief Minister (Amrish Puri) which is to be telecast live. At the interview Rao questions the Chief Minister on various controversial issues like corruption and caste clashes that are prevalent in the state. The Chief Minister who shows his displeasure on being interrogated challenges him to act as the Chief Minister of the state for a day. Shivaji accepts the challenge. With the assistance of the Chief Minister's secretary in a dawn to dusk operation Shivaji manages to root out corruption and dismiss corrupt officials. This makes him a celebrity overnight. The evil-minded Chief Minister retaliates by making attempts to kill Shivaji but ends up murdering his parents. Pressurized by public opinion he decides to contest the state elections opposite the evil Chief Minister and comes out successful. Donning the role of a newly appointed honest Chief Minister how Shivaji settles scores with his predecessor forms rest of the story.

What begins as a seemingly straightforward attempt to recreate the frenetic novel - starring Steve Coogan as the title figure and Rob Brydon as his Uncle Toby - quickly derails into a behind-the-scenes document of the film's actual production. Working triple time (for he also plays Tristram's father) Coogan is hilarious as the insecure ""Steve Coogan"" a shallow actor who is more interested in his cute assistant (Naomie Harris) than the mother of his newborn child (the always delightful Kelly Macdonald). Meanwhile ""Rob Brydon"" is trying desperately to convince ""Steve Coogan"" that his role is a co-lead not merely a supporting one. As the production threatens to spin out of control the filmmakers hire Gillian Anderson (playing herself of course) to fill a much-needed role.... It's All Gone Pete Tong (2004): Frankie Wilde (Paul Kaye) is the hearing-impaired DJ who delights the clubbers on the island of Ibiza by coupling his larger-than-life drug and alcohol-fuelled persona with undeniable skills behind the turntables. But as Frankie's hearing rapidly disintegrates and his former manager wife friends and record label slowly fade away the distraught DJ plunges into the depths of despair... Grand Theft Parsons (2004): There are times when it's right and proper to simply bury the dead. This is not one of those times. Gram Parsons was one of the most influential musicians of his time; a genius who knew Elvis and the Stones and led the Byrds. As fame and fortune came within his grasp he died unexpectedly in 1973. When Gram's best friend and road manager Phil Kaufman (Johnny Knoxville) hears the news he gets busy to fulfil an old promise - to cremate his buddy in the majestic desert wilderness of Joshua Tree. The plan looks great but there are snags - he has to steal the body from under the noses of the authorities then evade the police Gram's father and an avenging ex-girlfriend with only a stoned hippy for company and driving a psychedelic hearse!

Director Terry Gilliam a master of complex bizarre visual imagery has a field day interpreting the drug-hazed world in which Duke and Gonzo reside.
