  A bloodthirsty killer is drawn to the sound of a haunting voice inside his head. Leaving the forest land that has been his home he falls into a raging river and is pulled ever onwards by forces beyond his control. Washed up in a small mill town he is taken in by the villagers. Soon he meets his distaff self and the source of calling voice in the form of a female killer employed by the mill. The unholy coupling that ensues gives rise to the physical manifestation of all their subconscious sorrows lusts fears and loathing - the foul smelling human hog monster. Vicious and cruel acts start to dominate village life. Where will the quest for peace from the all encompassing call of the ID end?
