In his attempt to the help Little Tiger is also beaten by the gang and when the rich punk is killed he is framed for his murder. Detained by the police Little Tiger tries to explain his way out of the setup but to no avail and eventually escapes aiming to track down the real killers and prove his innocence. Knowing he cannot return home he seeks sanctuary at his girlfriends apartment and tells her he's going to clear his name but with the cops on his tail this isn't going to be easy. Soon Little Tigers picture is in all the newspapers and it attracts the attention of everyone in the area including the evil crime boss who orders his gang of thugs headed by action star Mars to kill him as he may cause them trouble.
