  Dilema-Dick Tracey (Ralph Byrd) investigates the robbery of a shipment of furs where two guards have been viciously murdered. When Cueball continues to murded people he believes are trying to swindle him. Dick Tracey. (Morgan Conway) allows his girlfriend Tess to act as a buyer for the gems but his plan backfires when she's captured by the homicidal Cueball.
