Taken from the GMTV series this is an introduction to yoga for children with stories used to illustrate the different postures and exercises. Suitable for children of ages 3 and above. Yoga addresses the needs of our lifestyle by allowing us to do very efficient and beneficial exercise easily. Through Yogabugs children aged two and above are taught a variety of yoga postures breathing and relaxation techiques in a fun and imaginative way. This unique experience lays the foundation for a healthy mind and body for many years to come. It can also be very supportive to many physical and mental changes children may be going through. There are now over 200 YogaBugs teachers nationawide and they are running classes in nursery primary and secondary schools around the country. YogaBugs now operates as an independent and trade marked company.
