Phoebe Dynevor and Matthew Goode star in this historical drama based on the life of Clarice Cliff (Dynevor) and set in 1920s England. When Clarice insists on bringing her own ideas to the factory floor of the pottery where she works, she is initially derided by the men, who are not used to women in such creative roles.
