  It is a story of two boys Amar and Prem who want to get rich quickly by taking all the short-cuts in the book. Jatin (Fardeen Khan) a rich N.R.I. is coming from America to India to get married to a girl of his mother's choice. Their first meeting ends in a quarrel but at Delhi Airport they are stuck together due to non-availability of Flight. Since their destination is same they hire a taxi for Vijaynagar and this journey brings them closer. But before they could express their love to each other their journey ends and they both part away.
