Action sequel starring Michael Dudikoff and Steve James as American soldiers trained in the art of ninjitsu. Joe Armstrong (Dudikoff) and Curtis Jackson (James) have been promoted to Army Rangers and are tasked with investigating a group of missing marines who have been taken captive by a Caribbean drugs baron known as The Lion (Gary Conway). Whilst the duo try to orchestrate the group's safe escape, they encounter Leo 'The Lion' Burke's gang of bionically engineered assassins who he has created to use as his own personal army as part of his secret SuperNinja programme.
