Charlize Theron, Nicholas Hoult and Christina Hendricks star in this mystery thriller based on the novel by Gillian Flynn. When she was eight-years-old Libby Day (Theron/Sterling Jerins) witnessed the brutal murder of her mother (Hendricks) and two sisters in their remote Kansas farmhouse. 30 years later, still haunted by their deaths, Libby delves back into the investigation at the request of a group of obsessive amateur detectives who call themselves The Kill Club. Although she testified against her older brother Ben (Tye Sheridan) during the original trial, The Kill Club believe Libby's brother to be innocent forcing her to revisit painful memories of the crime and trial.
