Seiji Mizushima directs this sci-fi anime feature. Set in the year 2400, Earth has been abandoned with humans now living digitally on the cyber space station DEVA. The film follows agent Angela Balzac (voice of Rie Kugimiya) as she tries to track down the hacker known as Frontier Setter. In her quest, she is sent to Earth to look for the elusive hacker and meet up with agent Dingo (Shinichirô Miki). Will the pair be able to find Frontier Setter amongst the monsters that have infested the desolate planet?
