Michael McCarthy co-writes and stars in this noir action thriller. The story follows rogue cop Ronan Pierce (McCarthy) as he seeks revenge for the murder of his daughter and his wife's abduction. In his pursuit of justice, he carries out his violent retribution on the city's criminals that he holds accountable including Lazarus (Robert Crayton), bar owner Eddie White (Kane Hodder) and the Mad Doctor (Rick Montgomery Jr.).
