Italian action adventure directed by Umberto Lenzi. In prehistoric times, hunters Ela (Sam Pasco) and Vood (George Eastman) are competing to be named their tribe's leader. When Vood takes matters into his own hands and murders the current leader in the midst of battle, he is expelled from the tribe once Ela reveals his actions. However, Vood returns with new, powerful weapons in tow and tries to seize power once again, banishing Ela in the process. Exiled into the wilderness, Ela gathers a group of barbarians to defeat Vood before his lust for power spirals out of control.
