Made-for-TV action feature in which the residents of the US holiday resort find themselves hunted by flesh-hungry sharks. Jersey Shore was famously the scene of a series of fatal shark attacks in 1916 that captured the attention of the American media and led to public hysteria. Recently, the resort has become famous for a different reason: the reality TV show 'Jersey Shore' which follows the eventful social lives of a group of young inhabitants of the beach. The film blends the resort's two claims to fame together, with a number of characters based on the TV show finding themselves at the heart of the shark infestation that occurs in the waters surrounding Jersey Shore. When TC (Jeremy Luc) disappears in suspicious circumstances, Nooki (Melissa Molinaro) is convinced that he was the victim of a shark attack and attempts to persuade authority figures in the town, including the Mayor (Paul Sorvino), to close the beaches. Will they heed her advice?
