Low-budget US horror. The film follows the eponymous Luther Watts (Edward Terry) who, after becoming fascinated with a carnival's geek show, discovers he has a taste for blood. He begins to copy their act of biting live chickens' heads off but it's not long before he uses his new technique to murder people instead. His crimes see him put behind bars but when he's eventually released Luther is fitted with a special set of metal teeth which he uses to kill once more to satisfy his thirst for blood...
