Anders Banke directs this Russian thriller based on the 2004 film 'Dai Si Gin' ('Breaking News') by Hong Kong director Johnnie To. Following a shoot-out with a powerful armed gang, the Moscow police force attempts to restore its damaged reputation by re-editing the footage of their clash with the criminals and broadcasting it to the entire nation in the form of a live reality show. The gang leader, Herman (Yevgeni Tsyganov), incensed by this misrepresentation, retaliates by uploading his own footage to the Internet via a webcam in the apartment building where the gang is under siege. Who will win the information war?
