New York City-set action thriller starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Michael Shannon. When a Manhattan bicycle courier (Gordon-Leavitt) picks up an envelope from Columbia University, he has no idea that its contents are of crucial interest to a corrupt police officer (Shannon).
