Mystery thriller directed by Richard Fleischer and starring Mia Farrow as Sarah, a blind young woman who goes to live in the English countryside with relatives. While reuniting with an old flame, she avoids the grisly fate of her family who are slaughtered by a crazed killer. Due to her blindness, Sarah has no idea what has happened to them and sleeps in their home, none the wiser. The killer is not done however and Sarah must find a way to escape him or face the same fate.
