Kane Kosugi stars in this action sequel based on the popular video game. When Kazuya Mishima (Kosugi) wakes up in a strange room with no memory of who he is or how he got there, he is forced to obey orders given to him by The Minister (Rade Serbedzija) in his new position as an assassin. As he tries to figure out his real identity, Kazuya receives news of his latest target: Brian Fury (Gary Daniels), a man who claims to have information about Kazuya's previous life.
