Dracula. Frankenstein. The Werewolf. The Mummy. These scary subjects of innumerable nightmares have been brought to life, but there was a problem in the process... Though imbued with most of the expected attributes, the creatures' creator made a little error in the equation. They're three feet tall and not happy at all. These mini-monsters must now embark on a mission to complete their creation at any cost.

American comedy horror directed by Charles Band. Dr Winston Berber (Bill Moynihan) successfully reanimates Dracula (Phil Fondacaro), the Mummy (Joe Smith), Frankenstein's Monster (Thomas Wellington) and the Wolfman (Jon Simanton) from the pages of their classic novels to do his bidding, but something goes wrong and they end up three-feet-tall. Meanwhile, librarian Anna Quarrels (Rhonda Griffin) is determined to track down Berber, after he stole original manuscripts from her library, and hires private detective David Raleigh (Justin Lauer) to help her. Can they stop his evil plans before he restores the monsters to their full powers?
