Crime action directed by Michael Winner and starring Charles Bronson. Grim, determined police officer Lou Torrey (Bronson) loses his place in the New York Police Department when he is held responsible for the death of a young suspect fleeing the scene of a crime. Before long however, his skills are sought after by the Los Angeles Police Department and he quickly finds himself back in the thick of it. Hot on the trail of a vengeful mob boss, Torrey must stop the gangsters before their decades old feud erupts into all out war.
