Futuristic action feature. When the wife of hard-nosed cop Jack Deth (Tim Thomerson) is killed by zombie-like creatures known as 'trancers', he goes after the criminal using psychic powers to control them, Martin Whistler (Michael Stefani), in the Angel City of 2247. But Jack is forced to pursue his target through time as Whistler travels back to 1985 in an attempt to take control of their present city.
