Horror in which a group of people awake in a basement to find that they have been chosen to take part in a horrifying game. Deceived and then drugged by a beautiful hitchhiker, the unwitting captives, who include Tara (Maya Hazen), Tony (Akeem Smith), Sam (Greg Cipes) and couple Tayler (April Mason) and Nick (Eric Jay Beck), are informed of the reality of their situation when they awake. Each of them has had a special vial implanted in their skulls. The only way to remove the vial without losing their lives is to fill them with a brain fluid that is only produced by intense pain.
