Italian horror directed by Lucio Fulci. After a sailing boat drifts into Hudson Bay, a blood-covered man emerges from the craft and has to be shot repeatedly before tumbling into the sea. It transpires that the boat belongs to a missing scientist whose daughter, Anne (Tisa Farrow), now sets off to find out what has become of him. Accompanied by journalist Peter West (Ian McCulloch), ethnologist Brian (Al Cliver) and photographer Susan (Auretta Gay), Anne sets sail for the region of the Caribbean where her father was last reported alive, but before long is under attack from terrifying flesh-eating zombies.
