Extraterrestrials utilise 'electrical tornadoes' in a plan to invade Earth.
In this warmhearted portrait of the French harbor city that gives the film its name, fate throws young African refugee Idrissa (Blondin Miguel) into the path of Marcel Marx (Andr Wilms), a well-spoken bohemian who works as a shoeshiner. With innate optimism and the unwavering support of his community, Marcel stands up to officials doggedly pursuing the boy for deportation.A political fairy tale that exists somewhere between the reality of contemporary France and the classic cinema of Jean-Pierre Melville and Marcel Carn, Le Havre is a charming, deadpan delight.
A group of delightful and very human people meet up with some very bizarre and not-so-human beings who are visitors from a distant galaxy. They have come to Earth on a rescue mission to retrieve a secret which has laid hidden on the ocean floor for thousands of years. They share a more wondrous adventure of love and friendship that they could ever have imagined.
Marlene Dietrich, Randolph Scott and John Wayne wrestle with love and greed in this all-star gold rush adventure set in a turn-of-the-century Alaskan boomtown . Dietrich is savvy saloon owner Cherry Malotte, whose honest former beau (Wayne) looks like being swindled out of his claim by no-good town kingpin McNamara (Scott). It's a tale as wild as the frozen north itself, featuring an all-out fight to the finish between western icons Wayne and Scott, which is still considered one of the most spectacular action sequences ever filmed.

Twenty-three years ago, Bill Drummond ceased activities as part of the enormously successful pop group, the KLF. Since 2014, he's been on a World Tour, travelling around the world with his show The 25 Paintings visiting a different city each year. In December 2016, he based himself in Kolkata, while in the Spring of 2018, he was in Lexington, North Carolina. In each place, he carries out his regular work, setting up a shoeshine stand in the street or building a bed in order to give it away. He walks across the longest bridge he can find, banging his parade drum at dawn, starts knitting circles with anyone who wants to join him, bakes cakes and offers them to strangers whose houses sit on a circle he's drawn on a map of the city. He's not rich, and he's deliberately designed his actions so they cannot be monetised. He's mostly been ignored by the art world. So what is he doing it all for? Director Paul Duane shadowed Bill Drummond for three years before starting this film in order to achieve some level of understanding of what he's about. Co-produced by Grammy Award-winning writer Robert Gordon and shot by Oscar-nominated DOP Robbie Ryan, the documentary is a fascinating look at an uncompromising artist. Best Before Death is named after Drummond's belief that the World Tour, scheduled to end when he's 72, is a race against his own mortality. It's a film about life, death, art, money, music, and cake. And some knitting. Extras High Definition presentation Original stereo soundtrack Audio commentary with Bill Drummond and director Paul Duane (2020) What Is Film? But the opportunity to avenge his parents' deaths is cruelly taken away from him by fate. The discovery of a cave under his mansion along with a prototype armored suit leads him to assume a new persona one which will strike fear into the hearts of men who do wrong; he becomes Batman!!! As the opening sequence quickly shows a new threat has emerged. The Joker! brought to life again this time by the late Heath Ledger (Best Supporting Actor Oscar winner). As Batman struggles to bring the madman to justice his alter-ego Bruce Wayne is caught in a love triangle as Rachel Dawes' (Maggie Gyllenhaal) relationship with Harvey Dent grows stronger. Knowing that Harvey may be the 'White Knight' required to bring continued peace to Gotham Batman hopes that for the last time his skills and arsenal of equipment will be needed to stop the crazed villain before the city falls back into turmoil! - (Michael Woodhall) The Dark Knight Rises It has been eight years since Batman vanished into the night turning in that instant from hero to fugitive. Assuming the blame for the death of D.A. Harvey Dent the Dark Knight sacrificed everything for what he and Commissioner Gordon both hoped was the greater good. But everything will change with the arrival of a cunning cat burglar with a mysterious agenda. Far more dangerous however is the emergence of Bane a masked terrorist whose ruthless plans for Gotham drive Bruce out of his self-imposed exile. But even if he dons the cape and cowl again Batman may be no match for Bane.
