Looters Tooters and Sawn-off Shooters is a brutal film set in London that highlights the impact gang warfare reaps not only to the guilty of its time but to the innocent generations that follow. This film follows the journey of ex-gangster Charlie Thompson (Steve Brunton) who returns to London after the tragic death of his young nephew Danny which he believes to have been caused by the same callous hands that killed his brother George many years ago...London's modern day Hitler Cheltham (Paul King) who is on a war path for justice and justice must be served. Taking the law into his own hands Charlie meets up with former acquaintances ready to settle old scores and save his last remaining nephew Frankie (Bert Truby) the last of the Thompson bloodline. However Charlie has been out the game for a while and he soon realizes that a lot has changed. But one thing stills remains the same the hatred held against him from his abandoned nephew Frankie.
Paul and Grace are childhood friends and partners in crime, although when Paul is incarcerated for the murder of rival gangster Ray Nolan's son, Grace is left to pick up the pieces. Unbeknownst to Paul, Nolan seeks hateful revenge and recruits Grace to kill his best friend, or die himself. After serving 10 years, Paul is released and soon meets up with Grace, where the pair reminisce about old times and former jobs together. When Paul learns that Grace means to kill him, rather than turn on each other, their friendship strengthens and they decide to make amends for all their crimes - not an easy task when Nolan is still out for their blood. Can their new path save them from their past and help them escape the vengeful hatred of Ray Nolan
