Robin Williams stars in this seasonal comedy directed by Tristram Shapeero. Although Boyd Mitchler (Joel McHale) tries his hardest to avoid spending time with his eccentric family, every Christmas he is forced to reunite with them. When he arrives at the family home on Christmas Eve and realises that he's left all the presents back in Chicago, Boyd sets off with his dad Mitch (Williams) on an eight-hour round trip to retrieve them before the sun comes up. But with old grudges sure to flare up and cause tension between father and son, can they put aside their differences for the duration of the holidays?
