Portia Doubleday and Marc-André Grondin star in this romantic comedy directed by Sean Garrity. Kate (Doubleday) dreams of being a designer for a top fashion house, but her father's reputation for ripping off the houses she wants to work for makes getting a job near impossible. When she agrees to work for the family business she decides to disguise herself as a top male designer in order to expose the company for the frauds that they really are. The cast also includes Chris Noth, Lauren Holly and Natalie Krill.

Kate Kassell is a fashion major and when she graduates, her estranged father asks her to come work for him at his failing Fashion company. She reluctantly accepts, however, Kate's stepmother, Elise, and her two stepsisters, Simone and Tannis, conspire to keep her from rising in the company and ruining their plans. Feeling disheartened, Kate meets a shoe designer, Daniel, and they instantly take a liking to each other. He encourages Kate to keep working hard and she will eventually make it. But as Kate s step-mother and step-sisters make things increasingly difficult for her, she decides to don a disguise to help save the family business for her father. Will Kate find her fairytale ending?
