It was most frustrating for an honest police officer like Inspector Arjun Singh because he found himself so helpless due to lack of proof... because he could do so little to free our society from corruption terrorism nepotism and the hierarchy of influential people with vested interests who vitiate the whole system for their ruthless self-benefit. One day while investigating a murder case of a constable; his frustration drives him to accidentally kill a young boy called Raju. This has a tremendous repercussions on him and his life.
