Made-for-TV comedy drama starring Sir David Jason and David Warner as war veterans Harry and Frank. The last request of their friend Albert (Adam Flynn) was to be laid to rest in Germany where the three men fought together in World War Two. Harry and Frank attempt to fulfil Albert's wish by performing the tricky task of transporting Albert's body to the site where the 'battle for Berlin' took place. The two friends reflect on their time in the War, revealing that they are still traumatised by the events that occurred. En route they pick up hitchhiker Vicki (Judith Hoersch) who begins to unravel the dark secret that has affected the men's friendship for many years.
