Horror comes knocking when a group of college girls throw an 'Alice in Wonderland' party. To celebrate her 21st birthday, Alice (Malerie Grady)'s college girlfriends decide to hold a themed party based on the popular Lewis Carroll novel. As the evening's festivities get under way, however, events quickly take a gruesome turn, as one by one the students succumb to a crazed, knife-wielding maniac.
