While Maggie is away at a Euro Conference Denis invites two of his drinking friends for a weekend at Chequers. Things start to go badly wrong when Maggie returns home unexpectedly and mistakes Denis' friends for EEC Commissioners. Denis' weekend is ruined by the ensuing confusion.
