Italian director Nanni Moretti picks up his camera and gets back on his scooter for this semi-autobiographical follow-up to 'Dear Diary'. April 1996 sees two turning points in Moretti's life: the birth of his first child and the victory of the left wing in the Presidential elections. Unfortunately, both events occur simultaneously, and the filmmaker describes the chaos he finds himself in as the big day approaches.
