Low-budget British sci-fi thriller. In a futuristic, overpopulated world, a mass outbreak of disease has caused the shelter known as Arcadia to be built to house and protect the future of mankind. The film follows Londoner Charlie (Marc Baylis) as he tries to secure a place for himself and his daughter in Arcadia.
