US horror written and directed by Nicholas McCarthy. When ambitious real estate agent Leigh (Catalina Sandino Moreno) agrees to sell a house with a dark history, she soon finds herself part of a terrifying sequence of events. While out checking on the house, she finds a mysterious young girl inside the home. Thinking it is the runaway daughter of the couple who are selling the property, she quickly informs them of her find. However, when they tell her their daughter has already been found, Leigh soon realises she actually saw Hannah (Ashley Rickards), a young girl who committed suicide years early, and that she is now in grave danger as the malevolent force which drove Hannah to her death is now coming for her.
