Folk tale-inspired B-movie directed by Gary Jones. A group of young offenders are sent to a state-sponsored boot camp run by Sgt. Hoke (Thomas Downey) in the Minnesota woods where they are expected to undergo tests of survival and psychology. Before the group can show off their newly reformed characters, an axe-wielding giant by the name of Paul Bunyan (Chris Hahn) attacks them after they unwittingly desecrate the grave of his only friend and companion, Babe the Blue Ox. With Bunyan hot on their heels and seemingly without mercy, will the group escape the woods or fall victim to the legendary lumberjack's axe?
