Danny Trejo returns for the third in the series of films as Vietnam War veteran Frank Vega. This time, Vega reunites with Bernie Pope (Danny Glover) to come to the aid of old friend Earl (John Amos) after Earl receives a phone call informing him that his daughter has been kidnapped.
