Desperate, he falls into his old dealing and stealing ways. Before long he unfolds an extortion plan that looks less than favourable for a former acquaintance, the beautiful Stacy (Channon Dade) who takes her plight to TC (Charlie Robinson) her ex-husband and proprietor of a popular barbershop.
